Purpose of this writing is to establish listing standards of mining board, so that junior mining companies can market financing. Currently, junior mining enterprises is the lack of capital investment in mineral development constraints one of the most important factors, and public financing, to address the financing of junior mining companies provide a way.The first part of this article defines the concept of mining board, a clear definition of the mining board.
