Research On The Evaluation Of Overseas Mining Investment Efficiency Of Chinese Enterprises

With Chinese "going out" strategy more than ten years,Chinese enterprises made more and more destinations and minerals in overseas mining investment,investment scale is more and more big,but the investment efficiency is not high.For thebig contrast betweenthe worseeffect of Chinese enterprises more overseas mining investment and the growing scale of Chinese outward foreign direct investment.In order to improve the overseas mining investment efficiency of Chinese enterprises,through the massive investigationon Chinese mining enterprises and investment cases,this paper found the four main reasons of low efficiency of Chinese enterprises overseas mining investment;moreover,through the research and evaluation of theinvestment efficiency,determines the five key factors affecting overseas mining investment efficiency of Chinese enterprises and the weight;by the use of AHP method and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Chinese enterprises in overseas mining investment theory and application,internationalization and management of mining talents,overseas personal and assets security and protection,the nature and efficiency of mining investment enterprises,five key factors of mining capital market and financing efficiency were evaluated;and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the evaluation results.Through the research and evaluation of Chinese enterprises in overseas mining investment efficiency,this paper argues that the lack of system and in-depth study on Chinese overseas mining investment theory;the lack of internationalization mining talent,especially high-end talent shortage;Chinese overseas mining enterprisespersonal and assets with high security risk,and the protection system is not perfect;as Chinese overseas mining investment subject,the nature and efficiency's difference of state-owned enterprise and private enterprise;Chinese enterprises in mining financing environment is poor,especially the mining capital market and financing efficiency is not high,are the result of overseas mining investment Chinese enterprise strategy blindly,investment objectives are not clear,five important reasons resulting in the low investment efficiency.This paper first puts forward the theoretical framework or new ideas of Chinese enterprisesoverseas mining investment(three kinds): "two wheel drive" theory,mining industrial structure promotion theory,investment and trade complementary theory;constructs the efficiency evaluation system of Chinese enterprises overseas mining investment,the system framework of the evaluation and training of Chinese enterprises mining talent internationalization,thepersonal and assets security risk evaluation and protection system framework of Chinese overseas mining enterprises.
