Therefore, the enterprise prestige problems on the theoretical analysis and systematic study is very necessary, this also is economics must subject. This article through in-depth analysis of current our country enterprise system of existing situation of lack of credit enterprise credit problems and other relevant research, wise and farsighted thoroughly excavates its absence, trying to find out root can solve our enterprise prestige is lacking in the ideas, so as to achieve constructing socialist market economic harmonious credit environment purpose.Firstly, this paper limits credibility, the concept of credible absence, and the function of the role of credit standing, a good reputation is the basis of existence of the business, and it is the intangible assets of enterprises, credit standing can reduce the transaction cost benefits. Secondly, the main reasons for the lack of credibility were analyzed in the paper. Internal factors, including property rights, residual rights of control is ambiguous, the low quality of corporate management, corporate blind competition, lack of awareness of credit standing, small-scale enterprises to maintain the momentum of its own credibility weakly, the spreading of enterprise information slowly into six areas; and external factors, mainly from, imperfect legal system, people with low credibility on the shallow exclusive understanding, ambiguous incentive mechanisms elaborated, improve the market economic system has not been analyzed, ignoring to social and cultural traditions. Finally, the paper advances the reconstruction of corporate reputation on the absence of credibility, namely: improving the legal system, the establishment of corporate reputation based on property rights, the establishment of reputation system, establishment of credit punishment mechanism, establishment of information transmission mechanismThe conclusion of this paper is that credit is to fulfill all kinds of economic promise ability, is a trusted degree of comprehensive assessment and judgment; Credit is the influenced by legal system, but also influenced by the various informal credit system; In a competitive environment, it has power and can better credibility; Non-standard government behavior can cause the demonstration effect, causing breaking other market main body form does not keep your words expectations.The paper use comparative research methods, multi-disciplinary method, and survey method.
