Research On Intensive Management Of Power Materials

With the development of the electricity market opening degree, as a main factors of cost and core competence, power material management has been faced the market competition and challenges gradually.Dispersed materials management in the traditional electricity production, has been unable to meet the needs of the current power of enterprise development, but also unable to meet the competitive power market economy. Currently major industries and enterprises all tend to adopt intensive management. With the continuous development of the power system reform, the intensive management of power supplies as an important subject earn more attention of many enterprises and scholars.In this paper, analyzing on the development stage of China's electric power enterprise material management on the basis of research situation of intensive management at home and aborad, and the intensive management of power supplies is researched and analyzed deeply for the "big logistics " of the national grid. Based on the sorting out the process of intensive management of power supplies and analyzing of the current level of intensive, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate all aspects of power supplies intensive management. Combined with the current implementation of China's power supplies since the intensive management status, the problem and the key points are found out according to comprehensive analysis on the principle of priority to improve, such as the accuracy of the protection scheme, supplier management, monitoring management, supermarket management of materials, then put improvement measures to help power companies to enhance the intensive management of power supplies, to provide scientific and practical material management decision support for power companies.
