Research On Evaluation Of Intensive Of Provincial Power Company Supplies

With the further opening of the electricity market, as one of the main factorsinfluencing the cost and core competitiveness, the management of power supplies isstepping forward a competitive market. And traditional decentralized model of suchmanagement in electricity production has been neither able to meet the needs of thecurrent power companies’ development, nor to adapt the competition in marketeconomy. Currently, all major sectors are prone to the intensive management ofpower supplies. With the deepening of reform of electricity system, as an importantsubject, the intensive management of power supplies is drawing more and moreattention from scholars in the field of electricity.This thesis, on the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of researchoverview on domestic and foreign intensive management of power supplies, analyzesthe development of materials management in China’s power companies. Accordingto features of the management of China’s power supplies against the background ofinitiating intensive human resources, finance, materials management and big systemof planning construction, operation, maintenance and marketing, it combs nine keybusiness processes of the intensive management of power supplies and put forwardsto a evaluation index system of intensive management of power supplies. Combiningthe evaluation and the characteristics of the sample data, it establishes acomprehensive evaluation model of intensive management of power supplies for BPneural network. The empirical analysis of the level of intensive management ofpower supplies in four provinces verified the validity of the selected method, whichshows the actual value of BP neural network model for comprehensive evaluation ofthe intensive management of power supplies. Finally, based on the evaluation results,it proposes some suggestions to improve the level of intensive management of powersupplies.A comprehensive evaluation of the intensive management of power supplies inprovincial power companies provides an effective thinking for the assessment ofimplementation of intensive management of power supplies and is in favor ofcontinuing to improve and further promoting the implementation of intensivemanagement of power supplies.
