Research On International Competitiveness Growth Of Chinese Construction Enterprises

Since our country's accession to WTO, Chinese construction enterprises have gradually integrated into the international construction market, and the construction market of more countries and regions have been opened to Chinese construction enterprises. This expand the scope of the Chinese construction enterprises'market and living space, and lead them to more competitive pressure from more rivals, which is both an opportunity and a challenge to Chinese construction enterprises. How to establish and maintain a competitive advantage in such a broad international construction market is the primary problem to be solved when enterprises participate in international competition, and how to make the gradual growth of enterprises' competitiveness is the prerequisite for enterprises to survive and achieve sustainable development in the international construction market. Based on related theory of construction enterprise competitiveness and the background of the international construction market, this paper begins to make the research. Applying the nature niche theory and the enterprise niche theory, this paper studies the international competitiveness growth of Chinese construction enterprises, and establishes the international construction market eco-system model. And then, from the angle of costae escarole theory, it analyses the affective factors to Chinese construction enterprises'international competitiveness growth, and establishes the theoretical model of the sustainable growth of construction enterprises' international competitiveness, which combine the niche theory with the theory of enterprises competitiveness. Then the article analyzes the impacts of the growth of Chinese construction enterprises'international competitiveness with the costae escarole theory, and establishes a complete index system. Finally, it uses factor analysis as a competitive growth measurement system, and gives an example to justify the rationality of the theory in this paper, which also can analyze the situation of construction enterprises' competitiveness growth. This paper can put forward a new perspective for the study of Chinese construction enterprises' international competitiveness growth, establishes a complete index system, and provides an operational tool with operability.
