Study On Internationalization And Business Performance Of China's Commercial Banks

Along with the development of globalization, commercial Banks as the main force of the financial sector in international competition, facing unprecedented challenges and the pressure of competition. Commercial Banks in the development of international business performance is receiving more and more attention, this study aims to explore the internationalization of Chinese commercial Banks operating performance impact.This papers to the internationalization of Chinese commercial Banks, and performance management as the research object, the first, the background and significance of this study for the foundation, from enterprise internationalization, commercial bank internationalization, internationalization and performance relationship were three aspects theory. Secondly, through information collection, the paper summarizes the present situation of the development of commercial Banks, this paper puts forward the existing commercial Banks in China, low degree of internationalization, product is too onefold, low service level, performance system is not reasonable, and points out a series of problems such as to improve the overall competitiveness of commercial Banks in China, international development and establishing scientific system of performance management is the key. Finally, this paper put the entire banking industry research perspective transferred to the internationalization and performance management, puts forward the relationship of assumptions, build commercial Banks relationship with performance analysis model of the internationalization, using SPSS18. 0 software to collect 2005 to 2009 of China's commercial Banks 21st home mixed data are descriptive statistical analysis, variable, the correlation analysis, model regression analysis method to verify internationalization degree for Banks, which affects the business performance of the introduced multiplication, risk, scale and so on many kinds of intermediate variables. Get research conclusions are as follows:1,The degree of internationalization, bank of the relationship between operating performance is not significant, including overseas sales ratio of total sales negatively with business performance to relevant.2 ,Diversification strategy and business performance to related negatively.3,Internationalization degree has significant relationship of bank risk.4,Bank size on a significant relationship between operating performance. In the end the paper in view of the above research suggests Chinese commercial bank's development strategies and recommendations. Due to the international development and performance management in the bank of China's industry has certain universality, therefore, the research is useful for reference.
