In recent years, more and more scholars have studied deeply to entrepreneurship theory. Jack (2010), Waston (2007), Caili (2008) and Zhangyuli (2009) and other researchers have found that social network, as an important resource of enterprises, plays an important role in creation and growth of the new company. This has reached an common sense in theorists and business. Previous research of social network are usually based on western mature economy. And according to the transformation of situation, domestic culture and the values of the traditional, scholars like Chen & Chen, (2004), Hoang & Antoncic (2003), Nee (1992), etc, use Chinese unique context (" relationship "or GUANXI) in their expressions appeared in western sociology, economics and management journal, doing an important contribution to building and development of China's social network theory. As a consequence, the study of Chinese social network's unique connotation has great necessity and significance. Scholars Peng & Luo (2001) believe that the study of social networks, concentrating mostly in relation network characteristics and action research of new venture, neglect the discussion based on new venture in different growth stages of new venture relationship perspective structure and the dynamic evolution characteristics elements. At the same time, scholar Adler & Kwon (2002) think that previous social network research mainly concentrate on strength, quality, density, size, diversity and redundancy. Among all of these, relations intensity is relatively important factor of the research of relation network, and it have been found that relations intensity is the main influence factors of a new venture performance. Therefore, in this paper, based on the transformation of China, we discuss the influence of relations intensity on enterprise performance, according to the background of new enterprise in different growth stages. In the content arrangement, the article is divided into five chapter and four part. The first part is mainly about the domestic and foreign relevant research theory, with detailed scientific summary, putting forward the framework and ideas of this article. The second part is the core chapters. First of all, the paper divides enterprise to creating period and early growth according to the different growth stage. Secondly, this paper has studied about the new enterprise relationship connotation and measure of the intensity; Finally, based on the former two, it forms the theoretical model constructed in the paper. It can also be said that the influence of the relations intensity plays on based on enterprise performance according to the different growth stage new venture perspective.According to the hypotheses, the third part defines related variables, make questionnaire, investigate, and finally inspect hypotheses by statistical analysis of various hypothetical. In the fourth part, combining achievements of previous researches, this paper discusses the problem deeply, and puts forward the innovation of this paper place and future prospect of research and enlightenment.AS to the research methods, this paper is with theoretical research as the guide, complementary with empirical research. This article puts three variables (relations strength, different growth stage and enterprise performance) into the same model. Based on new venture in different growth stage and through opening the dimensions of relations strength and enterprise performance, study separately the influence, which government relationship strength, relative and friend relationship strength and market relationship strength influent to the new venture survival performance in the creating period and the new venture growth performance in the early growth period. And based on this, I propose the theoretical assumptions, then inspect assumptions mentioned through empirical research, eventually get following conclusions inspection:(1) In creating period, the market relationship strength has positive effect for new enterprise survival performance.(2) In the early growth period, the market relationship strength has positive effect for new venture growth performance.(3) In creating period, the relative and friend relationship strength has positive effect for new venture survival performance.(4) In the early growth period, the relative and friend relationship strength doesn't have prominent effect on new venture growth performance.(5)In creating period, the government relationship strength doesn't have prominent effect for new venture survival performance.(6) In the early growth period, the government relationship strength has positive effect for new venture growth performance.At last, this paper thoroughly discusses the dynamic change between enterprise relationship strength and enterprise performance. The main conclusions can guide new Chinese enterprise giving full play to the role of networks and form competitive ability according to oneself circumstance, and have some theoretical significance and realistic significance in the respect of improving enterprise performance, etc.
