With the development of the enterprise, how to improve original customer loyalty, make customer in the company expand more portfolio, and ensure the repeat orders of the old customer, is Shenzhen A Digital Printing Limited Company have to consider and discuss in this paper.How to improve customer loyalty is the purpose of this paper, the results of the study is that companies can gain benefits, whether from the method was conscious that get attention and correct method, enterprise in business, a loyal customers have more directional and guidance. The Application and development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is played a major role in the process of enhance customer loyalty. But for enterprises, in the same time of the implementation of CRM, improving customer loyalty is full sense of customer service changes, this is the crucial weapon.
