Research On Transportation Cost Predication Of Railway Construction Project

ABSTRACT:After consideration of Middle and long-term Railway Network Planning by state council, china railway has a rapid development. Transportation cost of economic evaluation is one of the most important financial costs, which greatly affects the measurement accuracy of the overall project cost estimates. But there is lack of railway operation cost data that based on traditional costing method. Applying this cost to newly-built railway project has certain limitation and bringing practical difficulties to financial evaluation of railway construction projects. Therefore, we need to improve the predicted method of transportation cost.Firstly, this article defines the content of railway construction project transportation costs by applying the cost driver theory, the cost drivers of railway transportation cost is determined. And test cost drivers are correlated to the transportation costs. Then, establishing BP neural network predicted model of the transportation cost, and learning and training by primary dates. The result indicates BP neural network predicted method can more accurately predict railway transportation costs of construction project.
