The Study On The Construction Of West Regional Financial Center Of Chongqing

Finance is the core of modern economy ,and the financial center is the production of highly concentrated financial sector. Financial center also experienced a lower to higher evolution.Along with a local economic development, this area first grows into the area financial center, then evolves for the home financial center, finally develops for the international financial center. Also, when a region become a financial center it will in turn promote this region's local economic development. Therefore, in the post-crisis era and Chongqing Construction inland open city and financial business center background, study the construction of Chongqing western financial center have important theoretical and practical application.This article draws on financial agglomeration, financial geography ,financial development and other financial theory, mainly from the following aspects of question about the Chongqing western regional financial center: First, through the Statistical analysis about the money market in Chongqing, banking, securities, insurance and Financial Interrelations Ratio over the years, study the development of the financial industry in Chongqing of the current situation; Second, compared by Chongqing and Chengdu, Xi'an's economic development and financial indicators of agglomeration to study the building of western regional financial center of Chongqing; Third,study economic factors, location, history, culture, government policies and other factors that influence the construction of Chongqing western financial center, and detailed analysis results show that the foreign direct investment is relatively large,but the foreign trade is not obvious;Fourth, study the economic growth effects on the construction of Chongqing western regional financial center;Fifth, with the use of historical analysis and logical analysis method ,summed up the domestic and international experience of the construction of financial center and its enlightment to Chongqing;Finally, according to the specicial circumstances of Chongqing,described the positioning and specific measures about the construction of Chongqing western financial center.This study was attempted from the following:First,the level of the construction of Chongqing western financial center is measured by the Financial Interrelations Ratio;Second,with the integration of regional economics, finance, ecological economics and sustainable development theory,make theory support to the development of regional financial center; Third,with the use of historical analysis and logical analysis to the experience of domestic and foreign financial centers ,in order to provide a theoretical reference to the construction of Chongqing western regional financial center. This study have shortcomings:First,construction of Chongqing western regional financial center involve in all areas of economy ,it is difficult to achieve in-depth study;Second,the sample selection to establish the sampling measurement mode and data availability is certain difficult.
