There is important relation between financial development and economic growth, so many scholars have made much theoretic and demonstrative study, most of them hold up that they are promoting reciprocally.Shan Dong is an important province in eastern coastland; it has developed rapidly these years. By 2004, its GDP exceeds Jiangsu, becoming the second in China.
