In the 20th century, the process of economic development has been to be the high extraction, low utilization, one-way flow of high-emission economy (One way Economy) mode, resulting in excessive consumption of the earth resources and the natural environment, causing serious damage to the ecological environment. Therefore, recycling of waste products is an important part of the development of circular economy, which is also considered to be an important foundation for resource-saving and environment-friendly society, with achieving sustainable development. The reverse logistics network's structure determined the efficiency and effectiveness of recycling of waste products, so the design of reverse logistics network is gaining increasing interest among researchers and practitioners of operations and supply chain management.According to the quality level of waste products, recycling has been enforced in reuse, remanufacturing, repair, recycling. There is the difficulty of optimization in the design of reverse logistics network, because of many uncertainties in recycling. In recent years, the domestic and foreign scholars are mainly concerned on independent remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization and design, and manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network design.As recycling of waste products, the main consideration is that the recovery and the demand are both uncertain. Therefore, this article based on the practical application background of reverse logistics, considering the universal way of repair and remanufacturing in recycling, as the same time the uncertainty of reverse logistics on the aspects of quality and quantity is considered, aimed to proposed a model of reverse logistics network. The optimal model, which is solved with the stochastic programming, and analysis an example at last.The innovations of this dissertation are as follow:(1) The structure of repair/remanufacturing reverse logistics is proposed with system dynamics. The structure of reverse logistics and operating mechanism is analyzed.(2) The optimal model of repair/remanufacturing reverse logistics network is proposed for the purpose of minimizing operating costs, repairing and remanufacturing in the reusing style is considered, at the same time the uncertainty of reverse logistics on the aspects of quality and quantity is considered.(3) For the uncertainty of the recovery amount, according to the theory of the uncertainty, the chance constrained programming model combined with the expected value method is used for minimizing operating costs with the limited of the relevant environment regulatory requirements.
