Research On Fixed Asset Life Cycle Management Of Power Enterprise Based On Enterprise Resource Planning

The quality of the fixed asset management will have a direct impact on the enterprise's operation and development. Especially, the complex and dispersive asset in electricity power enterprise makes the asset management more challenging. In the electricity power enterprises, industry asfty is the basic goal, and maximization of enterprise value is the business goal. Thought the fixed asset management of life cycle, those enterprises could achieve those goals. This paper had proceeded on building a complete fixed assets management. There is mainly component parts in the whole life cycle of fixed asset management:plan, purchase, operation, maintenance, and scrap. Those component parts were found in the paper, and with the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) information system platform, a complete fixed asset management system was built based on Life Cycle theory. The characteristics and the status of management of the fixed assets in electricity power enterprises is concluded, the fixed asset management based on ERP can manage the asset all of life cycle, solve the problem of fixed assets management, which is widespread in electricity power enterprises, so the level of assets management is improved.
