How to arouse people's enthusiasm is each enterprise concern, and performance evaluation is closely related with the enthusiasm of the employees of the enterprise performance appraisal, is reasonable, implementation is fair, assessment is accurate or not, it will directly affect the enthusiasm of enterprise staff, thus affect the enterprise benefit. Now more and more enterprises that the establishment of the science achievementsinspection system already to become the enterprise cultivate core competition ability, obtain the inevitable choice of sustainable competitive advantage. From now on the developing trend of performance appraisal, no matter from examination content or evaluation indexes from the Angle of enterprise strategy choice, and enterprise strategic ties. Performance evaluation of enterprise business activities throughout the entire process, permeate all aspects of managing the enterprise. This paper, starting from small businesses to hengtong weiye company for example, analyzed the existing in the original performance appraisal, aiming at these defects in the enterprise strategy as the guidance, take responsibilities for foundation construction performance evaluation system, perfect and promote the development of the performance evaluation system.Paper is divided into six parts, the first sets out the background and significance of topics and research methods, brief dynamic performance appraisal at home and abroad, of the present evaluation system hopes to achieve the expected results and innovation. Secondly, the basic theory of performance appraisal be described and analyzed for the design of the theoretical basis for performance appraisal system. By analyzing the company's current situation and problems of assessment, defined the new performance appraisal system design direction. Finally,the company's development strategy and job responsibilities, to apply the knowledge to develop performance appraisal system, and use evaluation results to the many aspects of business management.
