Research On Production Planning Management In VIC Company CPL Workshop

With the development of manufacture technology, manufacture companies play more and more important roles in our economics. The requirements from customers have been turned to smaller volume with more various styles from huge volume of single style. On the situation, the enterprise should change their management system and manufacturing plan to meet the market requirement.Manufacturing plan is the core of modern enterprise management system. It is the fundamental management function of the enterprise. Manufacturing plan is to distribute resource, such as material, equipment, human resource and all the other related resources reasonably and to allocate all kinds of resources reasonably to reduce cost to make the company more competitive. Manufacturing plan is the core of the enterprise, it determine the inventory level, product velocity and satisfaction of the customers, etc. Optimization of plan will supply opportunity to resolve many problems, such as high inventory, low velocity, low level of customer satisfaction. It's good way to reduce cost, raise competitive power.In this article, the theory of manufacture plan was reviewed at the beginning and the process, plan, capability and inventory management of CPL plant of VIC company were analyzed focus on the existing problems of the company accordingly to make the manufacturing plan to be more applicable. The sales forecast method has been optimized by the method with Se and Su factors to make market forecast more accurate; Re-evaluating the capacity of all the manufacturing lines, then arrange the manufacture line based on the products kinds to reach a much higher manufacturing efficiency; Optimize the inventory management method to make the inventory on a much lower and more reasonable level, increase the inventory velocity; Reduce the customers complaint level by analyzing the main cause of customer complaint.
