In recent years, the foreign chain fast food restaurants companies grow rapidly in ChineseMainland. One of the important factors of success is that there is a reasonable and precisedemand replenishment plan in material management and material control. The material has suchcharacteristics as short shelf life, different temperature requirement and lots of SKU.Optimizeddemand replenishment plan has a positive impact on restaurant operations, logistics, QA andfinance.This article will focus on current market environment and development opportunity whichYUM China is facing to analyze the ordering situation, by using supply chain management,inventory control theory and the analysis of the raw data to find out the problems in forecast,replenishment and inventory management. Considering the factor which impact the sales forecast,safety stock and replenishment plan, this article also designs the mathematics model and bringsup the solutions.The key of this article is to quantify the various factors which influent the sales, to designthe mathematics model to improve the forecast accuracy. Based on the real situation of suppliersand goods delivery, it makes the sales forecast to replenishment plan. Meanwhile, it will alsocontrol the quantity and the time. At last, it will reduce the OOS risk and control the inventorystrictly, which make the logistics centers have reasonable inventory level and in avoid the highDII(Days In Inventory).
