Study On The Scope Management Of Enterprise Informatizaion Project

Enterprises IT system is complicated projects, because it highly depends on business and its Implementation period is usually long. There are no exact same model can follow. For users, the functional requirements are only a concept at beginning, so that there could be often requirements changes. The scope management is easily out of control.In this study, China Mobile Research Institute Lab RMS system will be the real case, to analysis scope management by PM knowledge and other system methods.China Mobile Research Institute Lab RMS system is typical enterprise information system. It's including asset management, resource management, testing project management and lab maintenance management.RMS system provides services and support to testing project, and protect lab assets and resources. It could improve lab maintenance efficiency.
