The Full Service Operating Analysis Of Telecom Operators

In this dissertation, the conception and the reason of full-service analysis of telecom operators is discussed at the first. Then, the case analysis of British Telecom, Vodafone and Verizon is made. The case analysis is focused on four aspects:the strategy of full-service operating, the introduction and promotion of the fusion service and how telecom operators made cooperation with other enterprise in the value chain. After it, a comparative analysis of these four aspects was shown in this dissertation. Also, the similarities and differences of these three operators are expounded. In the final, based on the case analysis and comparative analysis of foreign benchmarking operators, the full-service operating advice for Chinese telecom operator was given, including China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. This is also the purpose of this dissertation.The innovation of this dissertation is the using the comparative analysis for the full service operating, the explains the different types of telecom operators in all the business process of strategy, typical business and marketing and the operators and other enterprises in the value chain of cooperation similarities and differences. It helps to make the conclusion and the advice for Chinese telecom operators.
