The Study On The Characteristic Of Spatial Distribution And Management Measures Of The State-level Wetland Ecotourism Resources

The wetland provides us the place for visiting, amusement and touring. The wetland ecotourism is one of the best form of protection and utilization of the wetland. There are various uses of the wetland in China. Ecotourism development is the right way which can benefit the society, the economy and the ecology. The state-level wetland ecotourism resources include national wetlands nature reserve, national wetland park and the national urban wetland park. This research has collected the related data of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources from 211 sites. Based on the related data, the author utilizes the statistics and GIS software to research into the current situation of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources construction and spatial distribution. This paper also studied the status of construction and management of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources tourism resources. This article came up with some management measures against the major problems. The main results are as follows:The state-level wetland ecotourism resources are mainly distributed in eastern and central regions, which account for 68.78% of the total amount. The location moving pattern of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources construction corresponds with that of China's economic cores. This shows that the state-level wetland ecotourism resources distribution is in relation with the level of regional economic development to some extent. The state-level wetland ecotourism resources mainly distribute at an altitude of 500 meters below the eastern monsoon region, the region's topography, rainfall and temperature are conducive to the formation of wetlands, wetland plants and animals. The layout of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources in the tourism circle is analyzed, and 83.71% of them were in the small-scale tourism circle. The center of gravity of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources construction lies in the Yangtze, Yellow River, Huaihe River regions.This paper used cluster analysis with five variables towards the state-level wetland ecotourism resources, and the results were divided into 5 categories which are more appropriate. The river and lake dominated in the type of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources, these two categories accounted for 56.1% of the total. The construction peak of the state-level wetland ecotourism resources has a close relationship with the issued time of wetland protection and construction policy. The construction period can be divided into four stages: initial stage of construction (1986-1995), the construction of stagnation (1996-2000), the scientific planning and construction period (2001-2005), the vigorous development of the construction period (2006-2010). Each stage was different in the emphasis of distribution and of resources construction types. This article put forward some measures towards the issues about the state-level wetland ecotourism resources in the ecological environment, spatial distribution, macro-management, planning and construction.
