A Study On Tourism Development Of Furong District In Jinan Based On Image Theory

With the acceleration of urbanization, the shortage of urban land is increasing. Thus the renewal and transformation of the old city is inevitable. In the process of large-scale urban renewal and transformation, the social and cultural out-looking of some historic districts have been seriously damaged.The development of the historical districts are facing great challenges. Meanwhile, because of their rich cultural heritage and unique culture, the historic districts attracted a lot of attention from tourists and are becoming important tourism resources.On the one hand,tourism development kept the out-looking of the historical districts to a large extent, preserved the cultural heritage and inherited the urban context; on the other hand, tourism activities have expanded the influence of cultural heritage, which is conducive to the developmentof traditional culture. Therefore, tourism development is becoming an important development direction of the historical districts.According to the analysis of the domestic and international tourism destination image research, this paper proposes the "CET" mode based on context and the experience of tourists under the guidance of the tourism image.CET model is development model of the tourism product (region) under the guidance of the theme. The model is to meet the experience of visitors, designingtheme deduction and entity design from the perspective of the theme image.The paper contains five chapters. Thefirstchapter is the preface, which summarizes theresearch background, analysismethodandthesignificance ofthe whole paper. Besides,it also collects the related domestic and foreign theories that are the foundation for the others. The second chapter is the related concept analysis and the basic theory. And according to related theories, constructing the CET mode define tourism development mode under the guidance of tourism destination image. The third chapter is theme deduction of the Furong district. From the analysis of the terra context and civil context, it extracts the core cultural elements, including spring culture ancient city culture and living culture. And then the theme of the district is positioned "Elegant district, Spring family".The fifth chapter is the designing of tourism project system under the guidance of the theme. According to analyzing the previous develop model of the historical district, it proposes the tourism development model of government-led based the new urbanism. Then it tries to design the functional distribution and project system. ThelastPart is used to propose forward-looking views,and admit the shortcomings in the content andthe paperstructure.
