E-commerce has broken the time and space constraints of traditional business through carrying on transactions via Internet, making deals anywhere and anytime. Therefore, e-commerce has been accepted by people for its convenience in trading and develops fast after it was introduced to china. However, e-commerce always faces the biggest problem-trust which occurs at it's beginning in the process of development.Nowadays, e-commerce has become an indispensable way of business transaction in Chinese business market. And B2B e-commerce transactions dominate in the e-commerce transactions for its feature of large scale and big transaction amount.This paper analyzes the concept of trus,e-commerce trust and e-commerce trust degree, researches the content,function and classification and other issues of e-commerce based on summarizing and analyzing numerous experts and scholars' researches on trust and e-commerce trust. And points out the trust problems that B2B e-commerce faces with, which includes problems of the external environment and problems in the transaction process. According to these problems, puts forward the means of solving B2B e-commerce trust problems from the state, industry and enterprises, and proposes a trust management philosophy. At the state level, trusted B2B e-commerce transaction platform is proposed, to create a truly credible, free third-party B2B e-commerce trading platform. At the same time, based on the trading platform, build theoretical framework model of B2B e-commerce trust evaluation. The trust evaluation system has good operation performance, it evaluates the trust degree of an enterprise through the following 4 aspects:registration review,the evaluation of trading partners,recommendation of other enterprises and trading statistics. We can evaluate and manage the trust degrees of B2B e-commerce transaction enterprises and make good use of trust degrees in B2B e-commerce transactions through the system so as to provide reference for selection of trading partners and contribute to promoting the development of B2B e-commerce in china. Finally, we summarize the paper which indicates the shortage of current research and future research directions.
