Research On The Problem Of Urbanization In Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area

The 21st century is the century of the city, from the year of 2008, the proportion of urban population in the world have reached to more than 50%, so the urbanization has rapidly development in the 21st century which is the historic opportunities for development. The urbanization is one of the mainly driving force to prove the economic social development and progress of a conutry or regional. In the new trend of the process of urbanization, Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area have faced a grandly development opportunity. To accelerating the urbanization development process, will be improving the the area of economic, also to get rid of undeveloped state. Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area is an traditional agriculture area which has the highly rural proportion of population, urban system is not perfectly development and lack of the market-economy system. Faced the urbanization development slowly of Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area, reaserch on development the new strategic countermeasures of Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area that speeds up the region's economic and social development, also realize the modernization and the key link in the integration of urban and rural areas. Based on the wide of Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area, this paper will selects the Heze city in Shandong province for example to research, the paper will take on beginning with the specific theoretical basis,derived the empirical research and conclusion.The paper have divided into four main parts, consists of seven chapters.The first chapter of paper's introduction, which is the main contents of the research background, purpose, significance, research area, urbanization in introduction, research methods and the frame structure,the purpose is to establish structure of the whole text of the analytical perspective. The second chapter is the theoretical of urbanization, in this chapter mainly discussion the urbanization related concepts, stages division and related theory analysis, is the theoretical basis of empirical studies.The third part studies are including the third, fourth, fivth and sixth chapters,this parts is the most important parts of the paper. Choosing the Heze city as a study area, according to 3D analysis method of urbanization development in the World Bank Development Report, to analysis of the basic condition of urbanization development of Heze city, found out the urbanization development process problem of Heze city, and across taking the density, distance, division from the perspective of the carny split reason to analysis.based on the actual situation, Heze city urbanization running from improving density, shorten the distance and eliminate division three aspects of the urbanization development put forward the strategy of new countermeasures.The fourth parts is the conclusion of paper, namely the seventh chapter. On the basis of front system research, From low density, long distance, divided seriouslyfactors to summarized the slow development of urbanization in Undeveloped Agricultural Plain Area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
