After decades of efforts,China's urbanization has achieved remarkable achievements.The construction of urbanization has undoubtedly injected new vitality into China's social and economic development.Although the pace of urbanization in China is still steadily advancing,with China's urbanization entering the mid-stage of urbanization,the speed of urbanization has slowed down significantly,and endless urban diseases need to be solved urgently.At the same time,the imbalance between urban and rural development makes rural development a short board in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the development of cities will also be hindered.The proposition of the reform of "Three rights division" is based on the common phenomenon of circulation in the development of modern agricultural land in China.The change from "Separation of two rights" to "Three rights division" has brought a new development path for the coordinated development of rural and urban areas.Under this background,this paper evaluates and analyses the coordination of "two modernizations" in the counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Chuzhou and Fuyang,and puts forward corresponding policies to promote the coordinated development of "two modernizations" from the perspective of rural population mobility.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is based on the current domestic and foreign intermediaries on the connotation of the two and the synergy of research literature,summarizes the views,briefly introduces the writing background of this paper,the significance of the research topic,on this basis,to build the article ideas and content framework,clear research methods and innovations.The second chapter introduces the concept and connotation of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.Related theories and analysis methods are introduced.In the third chapter,based on the on-the-spot investigation and data analysis of the development of the two cities in Chufu and other relevant factors,the evaluation index system of the more comprehensive and representative new urbanization and agricultural modernization index system is selected.In the fourth chapter,based on the synergetic theory,thesynergetic degree evaluation model of new urbanization and agricultural modernization is established,and the degree of synergy between Chuzhou and Fuyang is analyzed and evaluated.Based on the results of the collaborative evaluation,the logistic regression model was established by using the relevant software package in C language to analyze the data obtained from the field questionnaire survey in Fengyang County and Laian County of Chuzhou City.This paper studies the specific factors that affect the willingness of rural residents to settle in cities under the three power division and the extent of their influence.The fifth chapter: Based on the above analysis,draw conclusions and give policy recommendations to summarize the shortcomings of the article.
