The Research About Effects Of Rural Labor Migration On The Development Of Agriculture In Gansu Province

Agriculture is the foundation of the rapid economic development and the harmonious society, as an important element, labor resources affect the output of agriculture profoundly. Now a large number of rural labor from agriculture department is moving to non-agriculture section, the following resources allocation affection, labor resources overflowing affection and capital substitution affection brought two-fact influence to agriculture itself, so it is important to research on the labor flowing. However, with the system of barriers on the labor flow gradually weakened, Gansu province vigorously promote the export of labor services, agriculture is also playing an key role in economics. In this paper, lacking of labor resources and input was thought to be restriction of agriculture development, so we put labor migration as an object of the research. According to the theory of labor mobility, human capital and agricultural development, learning from the research of previous studies about different socio-economic effects and the impact on agricultural development caused by Labor mobility, this paper saw rural labor migration as a starting point, then use C-D production function to launch an empirical study, in the process, typical cases was also use to analyze the mechanism of the influence about labor factor mobility, in the last, this paper try to explore the context of agricultural development and strategies.
