The Relationship Between Regional Financial Development And Economic Growth In The Region Jiu-Jia.

Finance is an important drive in economic growth and the development in China is dominated by the development in financial markets. In recent years, the financial effects on economic growth have been widely concerned by economists from home and abroad. With China's market economy thriving, the financing degree has improved immensely and its function in the development of economic growth appears increasingly important. As an important engine of economic development, finance is not only a direct reflection of the regionally economic characteristics, but regionally economic growth is achieved largely by means of the financial regionalization.In this paper, from the perspective of regional economics, I explore the relationship between regional financial development and economic growth in the Region Jiu-Jia. Theoretically and practically, I describe the present situation of economic development in the Region Jiu-Jia and the status in regional banks, insurance, securities and other sectors. The data shows in recent years both economic growth and financial development have increased rapidly. I explore the materials from the present status of economic growth and financial development in the Region Jiu-Jia to the empirical analysis in regionally financial development and economic growth in China, which involves mainly the related analysis in the relationship between banks, insurance sector and the economic growth. I conclude that the relative ratio of the banking and finance has curbed the economic growth to some certain extent, however, the development in insurance market has promoted and pushed forward the economic growth. Finally, based on the general analysis and empirical test, we conduct analysis on the financial factors affecting economic growth of the Region Jiu-Jia, in order to put forward some suggestions to the financial problems of it, providing theoretical reference to draw on for the government and financial departments.
