Same with other industries, Companies in EMS industry must improve their competitiveness constantly to encounter the fierce market competition and increasingly complex market environment.Those companies Who have loyal, high-quality customers will be able to win the initiative in the competition. It is crucial to improve customer relationship management, especially the Key customer relationship management capabilities.This paper attempts to combine theory and practice using the method of analysis to explore the major source of customer relationship management and application of practice. Firstly,The article reviews the customer relationship management, and other related major concepts, theoretical foundation, and then combined with the large customer relationship management actual situation in TT company, analysised the major internal and external problems of customer relationship management,Finaly, arrived the suggestion of enhancing strategies according to industry characteristics and customers procurement process:To bring in customer focused cluture; To apply CRM software for improving customer information management system; To improve the capability on program management with financial control for enhancing customer profitability; To build customer satisfaction process for enhancing the customer satisfaction; to provide value-added with customer in order to improve customer loyalty; to develop targeted value customers, optimize the customer structure, thereby increasing the bargaining power with existing large customers. Ultimately, worked out strategy to implement the methods and measures. This methods' intention is to solve practical problems,it consists of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and focusing on customer profitability and optimizing customer structure. Hope to bring some inspiration on Key account relationship management for the small and medium size companies in EMS industry.
