Internal Control Improvements Research Of Company TA Base On ERP Platform And System

Internal control is the fundamental basis of the running of enterprise. Without a suitable internal control, all enterprises will be at the risk of deviation. Especially at the speed way, that may give a fatal impact to the business. Currently, ERP now is a very normal IT tool and platform in enterprises, but even by ERP, we still need to create and review internal control, on the other hand, internal controls shows some new changes under ERP conditions.With analyzing the traditional theory of internal control and the evolution of ERP, I get the combination and difference between ERP and internal control. Then take an overall view of TA's current internal control design and effect, deepen and find the root cause of internal control issues of company TA under ERP platform.Finally, in view of the new characters and changes of internal control under ERP platform, I propose some improvement suggestions. Hoping that will take positive impact and benefits to company TA and also give some reference to those companies have similar experience with company TA.
