The Study Of The Financial Supervision Status, Problems And Causes In Our Country

With the system reformantion of economic in our country going into depth, especially with the constantly reformation and innovation in the financial system, The role that the financial supervision is playing in the financial work and all aspects of the economic development has become increasingly evident. However, with the progressing of all the other reformantions,the financial supervision has exposed lots of problems during its own development. So with all above, this paper will mainly do the discussion of the current status, problems and causes of our financial supervision, and focus on the discussion of the problems and causes in our financial supervision system.The study of our financial supervision, will meet the requirement of the the perfection of the socialist market economy, and will fulfill the requirement of building a fresh new frameword of our financial supervision, and will satisfy the requirement of regulating and rectifying the inner economic order, especially the finance order, and is of course a necessary to develop our socialism. Therefore, with the principles of analysising the facts and grasping the reality", this paper will focus on the studying the present condtion of our financial supervision system, and I hope it will benefit and service the study coming after .This paper is divided into six parts below:The first part: the theoretical analysis of financial supervision. Including the concept,the essence and the purpose,the type, and the content and form of financial supervision. This part is an introduction to the basic theory of financial supervision, in order to make us understand the essence of financial supervision.The second part: the analysis of the financial supervision legal system status, problems and causes in our country. This part will mainly introduce that the the legal system of financial supervision has taken into shape, but not enough to perfection, falling behind of the present laws and regulations and did not has a specialized legal system.The third part: the analysis of the financial supervision mechanism status, problems and causes. The financial supervision system in our country is not perfect due to the unclear division of authorities and responsibilities.With the focus on the automatic supervision system and self-supervision system, this part will introduce the basic constrcucture of our financial supervision system, and then the analysis of the reasons why the construction of the present financial supervision system is out of touch with the objective reality in our country, lagging behind the actual development.This part mainly analysis the problemsdynamicly,an there arelotsofserious problems, such as"absence"and"Offside" in the course of monitoring of our financial supervision system, the irrational division of responsibilities and authorities is the main reason.The fourth part:the status, problems and causes of the internal supervision of the financial system. Our internal supervision is of weakness should be a fact and main problem, the weakness of our internal supervision should owe to the great challenge that has. The relationship between supervision and being supervised treatment should be taken as the key point to sovle this problem.The fifth part: the status, problems and causes of the relationship between our financial supervision and auditing supervision. Financial supervision and auditing supervision play important parts into our financial supervision system, the carrying out of the two departments will inevitably turns out repeat and cross, and that should be solved by the coordination between the two departments.
