Under the economic development mode change background, enterprises'production situation and economic benefit can directly affect the economic development mode change success or not. Enterprises'continued growth is the premise of enterprises to realize other goals. Every enterprise all hope can continuous growth and development. Enterprises must adapt itself to economic development mode change to be initiative in the fierce market competition. Economic development mode change performance in enterprise is, enterprise should undertake technical improvement and management optimization.China's labor law has promulgated and implemented for many years. But in actual work, the enterprise staffs rights still exist many shortcomings. Such as wage arrears or by embezzle part, labor contract is not standard, employees often overtime work overtime, labor safety without effective safeguard etc. Therefore, under the background of economic development mode change, how to protect the lawful rights and interests of employees is a problem to be solved.Our country current is in economic development mode change period. Scholars have not not yet in this special protection of the rights of employees under the background of the research. In order to explore how to effectively protect the employees' economic rights in the background of the economic development mode change. Based on our employee rights protection problem and theoretical study insufficient.In basis of The research results of foreign scholars. Based on the pearl river delta various types of enterprise for empirical research samples, the economy research the relationship between development mode change and employee economic interests, puts forward to the theoretical model of them two, so as to explore the relation between the two.This study use technology improvement and management optimization as measurement of economic development mode change.use employment, dimensions, distribution of wages, rest and vacation and labor safety and hygiene economic rights as employees' economic rights. gender, record of formal schooling, position, characteristics of the enterprise and enterprise scale was established for the control variables, and set up the conceptual model, and put forward the 13 research hypotheses.According to established conceptual model and research hypotheses to design questions. and various types of enterprise for the pearl river delta, carried on the questionnaire survey respondents, obtain the empirical data.We use SPSS and LISREL to analysis the data and validation research hypotheses.Finally, on the empirical results based on the analysis of the present situation in our country, this paper give some Suggestions on employees' rights protection. And as the study have its shortcomings, we puts forward the direction of further research, hope to make beneficial exploration for the research later.
