A Case Study On Tianjin Binhai New Area The Optimization Of The Industrial Structure

With the embodiment of the timeliness of industrial structure optimization in economic growth,optimization and upgrading of industrial sturcture has become a central issue in modern economic growth,and increasingly become an essential requirement in modern economic growth.It's an eternal in the study of national or regional economic development process.Although the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure have been achieved initial results in recent years,the overall level is still not high and the structure is not entirely reasonable.The problem of desynchrony of industrial structure and economic growth is especially conspicuous.The existing research of industrial structure optimization is basically from the qualitative perspective reasearch qualitatively.Most research has focused on the trends and evolution disciplines of industrial strcutrure,the iedas and countermeasures of the industrial optimization and upgrading,and so on.There is neither accurate quantiative analysis nor consideration of the reasonable proportion between the various industrial sectors,not to mention to make quantitative evalution of the situation of industrial optimization.On the basis of the analysis of the substance of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and the idea of its evalution method,the thesis constructs the evaluation indes system and a grey multi-level evaluation model of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,from the prospect of the verticalization and rationalization of industrial structure,and also from the prospect of financial situation of industrial operation system,with a view to an objective and correct assessment of the overall performance of the optimization and upgrading system of industrial structure,so as to measure the ferformance of industrial structure optimization and upgrading correctly and objectively.Finally,with the grey multi-level evalution model of industrial structure optiomization and upgrading constructed in the thesis,we make an empitical research in the industry structure Tianjin Binhai New Area ,and make a quantitive analysis to its present situation and opportunities and challenges facing.Then through the analysis of the esistion problems,we advance some countermeasures and suggestions on Tianjin Binhai New Area industrial structure optimization and upgrading,which supply a scientific foundation to Tianjin Binhai New Area reasonable decisions industrial structure.
