Research On The Planning And Design Of Agricultural Science-technology Demonstration Park

Agricultural science-technology demonstration park is an important task putting forward by the state council,is a strategic measure to solve the "three rural" issue of the new era and achieve well-off rural areas,is an important way to promote the agriculture structure adjustment and increase income of farmers. As a carrier and platform of the demonstration and transformation of agricultural science and technology, as the lead of enhancing and optimizing agricultural industry,but also as a new organizational model of agricultural extension system, agricultural science-technology demonstration park has been promoting throughout the country,and in practice has played a an important role in recent years.On the development situation of agricultural science-technology demonstration park at home and abroad, we take the method of theoretical research combining with practical work,make the random searching towards city dwellers in Shandong and Qingdao, and from those, we clear the concept and the function and its effect to society theoretically. We select four parks and investigate on-the-spot,including Shandong Qingdao vegetables science-technology demonstration park,Shandong Shouguang vegetables science-technology demonstration garden,Shandong xueye modern agriculture science-technology demonstration park and Hebei Beidaihe Jifa eco-agricultural tourist garden,mainly through the questionnaire survey with observation by self,and then analyze and summarize the contribution of the parks in promoting high-technology demonstration and spread,enhancing technical innovation ability, driving regional economic development, improving farmers' diathesis and promoting agricultural tourism,and found several aspects of the problem,such as the items are identical, lacking of features; the items are imported blindly, divorced from reality; the purpose of building parks is not clear; it is lack of the high-technology and energy, the park landscape is not designed scientifically;the seasonal limitation is evident; the traffic of coming parks is inconvenience.Based on the above analysis,combined with the construction of China's agricultural science-technology demonstration park, this paper summarized the planning and designing theory, mainly from the analysis on the park's elementary data; overall orientation including objective, function and industry orientation; functional area structure and special planning. According to the theory, this paper give a desigan on the agricultural science and technology demonstration park in the Huaide town of the Jilin provence, Base on in continue to develop our agricultural science-technology demonstration park's the science and technology demonstration as well as promoting of technology, giving corresponding suggestions for existing problem in planning problems particularly in terms of landscape, service facilities and so on and provideing the references to China's agricultural science-technology demonstration park.Moreover, the environmental problems, especially how to reduce carbon emissions has become critical factor on earth can will continue to human existence, It launched serious challenges for the traditional mode of production and life, so to development the agricultural modernization and establish the production methods of carbon abatement is imminent. Through the construction of carbon abatement ecological circulation of the Huaide town of agricultural economy demonstration park, giving a preliminary discussion on Ecological agriculture circulation economy,the modern pig breeding, special vegetable planting, fresh water aquaculture, clean vegetables processing and and other residential areas can be combinated by the energy conversion center,This paper discusses the ecological agriculture circulation pattern, provide sample for new socialist rural construction around, however there are no examples to model on of sections carbon ecological circulating agricultural economic model in the Jilin province and even the Northeast China Region, no mature experiences can reference and consulting,so the park construction and the ircular economy and other aspects of technical issues still need further exploration in practice and summary.
