Analysis Of Demonstration Capacity Of Agricultural Science And Technology Park And Its Influential Factors

The agriculture science and technology park is the technological pole of agricultural innovation in our country, and has become an important source and new pattern of the agricultural technology innovation. Research on the demonstration-promotion ability of Agricultural S&T park, construct a scientific and reasonable Evaluation Model for he demonstration-promotion ability of Agricultural S&T park,in conducive to the formation of benign park evaluation and incentive mechanism, making better play to he demonstration-promotion function of Agricultural S&T park, promoting the industrialization process of agriculture, speeding up the the realization of agricultural modernization. Through reviewed and summarized theoretical systems with combining the field research methods, analyzed the power mechanism of he demonstration-promotion ability of Agricultural S&T park, constructed Evaluation Model for he demonstration-promotion ability of Agricultural S&T park, demonstration-promotion ability to Shanganning area five typical National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, as examples, comparison analysis on ability of Agricultural S&T park to play a demonstration and promotion power factor, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve the ability demonstration and promotion park.(1)Domestic and international research progress has been reviewed and summarized systematically. The results show that: Domestic and foreign scholars basically agreed on the basis theories, connotation, classified, etc. of agricultural S&T Park,The researches on evaluation of agricultural S&T Park fruitful, but most of the evaluation systemes are top-down research, indicators complicated, in-depth comparative analysis of empirical research is lack, especially in terms of agricultural technology demonstration and promotion park’s ability to lack depth, quantitative systematic.(2)There are obvious differences Shanganning area five typical National Agricultural S&T Park demonstration capabilities, Yangling’ DPA=178.388, mean the system layer is44.597, well above the regional average of102.923and system level DPA mean25.731. In addition to the four Yangling Agricultural S&T Park of DPA std=0.132, while the value of the four systems in std levels were greater than0.2, especially the level of park construction and agricultural industrialization level, indicating Weinan, Dingxi, Tianshui, Wuzhong Agricultural Science and Technology Park development on the level of park construction and agricultural industrialization level are quite different; higher capacity model driven higher levels of regional agricultural science and technology industrial park, park construction standards and conditions for the development of agricultural resources is the limiting factor in the ability demonstration.(3)Through the use of Principal Component Analysis, Analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Park demonstration index factors driving ability, research shows that: the ability to affect the demonstration of the four main factors:①agribusiness development and modernization of agriculture inputs.②Science Park resource level infrastructure and agricultural development.③radiation area farmers and business development level to enhance the speed of production.④wishes of farmers and government investment in agriculture development. And a significant degree of influence of difference, variance contribution rates were48.94%,21.07%,15.73%,8.69%. Can be summarized summarized as endogenous dynamic factors, constraints, potential space, needs willingness factor.(4)Bottom-up, the use of agricultural industrialization and agricultural modernization indices of agricultural technology demonstration park has a comparable ability, scientific and operational, consistent with the theory of agricultural science and technology park actual technology diffusion, but also a good reflection of China agricultural technology demonstration park capacity. The main factors using principal component analysis to identify capability demonstration has important practical significance.
