Supply chain finance is a kind of innovative service for the whole supply chain, which changes the traditional credit mode commercial banks used to rate a single enterprise in the past. It takes full advantage of the characteristics of the supply chain and the superiority of the core enterprise to provide financial support to SMEs. Supply chain finance becomes the focus for banks because it brings a new idea for solving SMEs financial problems and expands the clients for banks as well. Therefore it is necessary to study on the supply chain finance, especially the pricing of it, in detail, as it is a decisive factor for the SEMs financial performance.This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 targets the pricing of supply chain finance, after introducing the background and actuality of research. Chapter 2 discomposes the three modes in supply chain finance (receivables financing, warehouse accommodation financing, confirmed warehouse warrants financing), and deeply studies the risk in the three modes, which is the foundation of pricing supply chain finance. Chapter 3 sets up a credit risk evaluation system as the basis of supply chain finance. It uses the result of the risk analysis in chapter 2 to confirm the indexes in the credit risk evaluation system, and distributes weights for indexes by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). It modifies the price leadership model to be propitious to supply chain finance. Chapter 4 points out the difficulties in carrying out the pricing model, and Chapter 5 proposes suggestions for the pricing of supply chain finance. It includes building an interbank information exchange system, intensifying the floating assets evaluation, accumulating the data of SEMs, and so on, which help the pricing of supply chain finance apply comprehensively.
