Research On Financing Efficiency Of Listed Companies In Chinese Mining Industry

Mining industry is the basic industry in our country, and plays important role in national economic system. The development of mining industry can influence directly in the develop level to whole industry of our country. Recently, with the development of other industry and continuous increasing of population, the demands of mining resource will sustainable growth in our country. Therefore, the conflict of supply and demand will further protrude with mining resources and the situation is too rigorous. The main reason is the mining enterprises have excessive liability, low financing efficiency and shortage of funds to limit the further development of mining enterprises. In order to the further and rapid expansion of mining enterprises, it must solve the problem that enterprise has difficult financing. And one of effective way to solve the problem is to enhance the financing efficiency of mining enterprises.This article, firstly, is basic with collecting and analyzing kinds of research and view of financing efficiency, to establish the meaning of enterprise financing efficiency, and to analyze the constitute of financing efficiency; secondly, it analyze the current situation of financing efficiency of mining enterprise in our country; thirdly, in the basic of theory analysis, using for reference of correlation research with financing efficiency evaluation to structure the evaluation model of mining enterprise's financing efficiency, and using the Entropy Method to evaluate the financing efficiency with listed mining companies in our country, and it can get the conclusion that our mining listed companies have lower financing efficiency; fourthly, according to the evaluation result of financing efficiency, it can analyze the effect of corporate governance structure, financing structure and company size to the mining enterprise's financing efficiency in our country, and then using the data of listed company to make the demonstration examine; fifthly, this article summarizes the research conclusion of financing efficiency of mining enterprises, proposes some relevant suggestions, and points to some shortage of research.
