Research On Financing Efficiency Of Hainan Listed Companies

After more than20years of development, the listed companies of Hainan province have become important force to promote economic growth, market prosperity and maintaining social stability, its total assets accounted for more than60%of the GDP of Hainan province, in the structure of the national economy occupies an important position. Listed companies in promoting economic development, meet.the needs of the masses and broaden the employment channels, increasing the fiscal revenues. The listed companies have played an important role in the process of the rapid development. However, due to the system, mechanism, environment and other factors, there are a series of difficulties and problems to be solved, especially the financing problems. From the deep point of view, the financing problem actually reflect the listed company can not according to their own asset structure, profitability and risk profile to select financing channels and capital structure adjustment. Due to the poor overall operating performance of listed companies of Hainan province, main business of the chronic lack of competitive, profit decline, debt paying ability is poor. Lead to the low efficiency of financing is more prominent. How to satisfy the urgent need of financing of listed companies, improve the efficiency of the financing of listed companies is more urgent.This article first elaborated the financing efficiency of some related theories of listed companies, the paper analyzes the current situation of listed company financing efficiency of Hainan province and the existing problems. Then in view of the financing efficiency of the listed company of Hainan province using entropy weight approach to empirical analysis, using the empirical conclusion points out that Hainan province listed company financing efficiency is not high. Finally, combining the present situation of the listed companies’ financing efficiency of Hainan province, based on Hainan, puts forward some feasible countermeasures, enhance the efficiency of the financing of listed company of Hainan province and by the listed company of leading role, promote the revitalization and prosperity development of the whole Hainan island, for Hainan international tourism island to make greater contribution.
