The Study On Development Of Green Food Industry In Liaoning Province

With the development of economy, of people' standard of living rises ceaselessly. The problem of food quantity is nearly solved. But the accompanying problem of food quality extrudes, thus, people care more about the consumer demand and the safety and quality of food. To ensure the people's physical and mental health and to promote the sustainable utilization of resource and environment and sustainable development of society and economy, our country began to carry out Green Food Engineering in 1996. Liaoning is one of the earliest provinces that developed the green food industry. Over the development of the past twenty years', the scale of production, the number of product certification, the quantity of processed product and sales revenue of Liaoning province are all at the forefront in the whole nation. This thesis uses the latest research results on green food industry; these theories include economics and management theories, such as, sustainable development theory, the market failure theory, the theory of comparative advantage, industry cluster theory. This article illustrates the special features of green food outcome through the reproduction link and transformation. Through plenty of investment and statistics, this thesis summarizes the basic development situation of green food industry at present and analyzes the development situation, organization system situation and existing prominent problems. Meanwhile, it makes deep analysis of natural conditions, social conditions, capital markets, advantage products and the significant role that region plays in developing green food industry. Furthermore, it also put forward strategies and ideas for the development of this industry on the basis of research. Firstly, government should play the role in the development of industry, enhancing technical research and development, Increasing financial support and publicity and setting strict standard of green food market in order to promote the development of green food industry. Secondly, from the perspective of industrial development, it points out four modes that should be carried out from now on, which are small and medium gathered model, cock corporation model, brand strategy model and raw material standardization production based model. Thirdly, on the basis of absorbing the experience that has gained during the eleventh five-year plan of Liaoning Province and taking example by the achievement of agricultural structure adjustment of our province, we will make strategic adjustment on the development direction and points of green food industry. We should divide advantage products and key products to the same industrial district in the light of specific situation of Liaoning which has obvious regional features, clear development points and stable agriculture products by combining development situation, ecological circumstance, policies, etc of different areas. Based on this idea, the production of green food in Liaoning can be divided into seven key regions:key area of rice production, fruit production belt link Bohai, the vegetables production primarily for the protection of the land, mountain specialty with wild edible fungus production, production of cereals oils that focusing on peanut, millet, mung bean, aquaculture processing production areas, and livestock and poultry farming areas.This thesis is based on practice and adequate research of materials and extensive investigation, as well as learning from advanced experience and typical home and abroad so as to solve the problem based on the principle of development promotion by combining the practical condition of our province, thus, breaking the previous model of development and thinking, expanding the research field and putting forward the strategy of the newly divided industry that is based on mode adjustment and the industry layout. So preliminary build the framework of green food industry in Liao ning province, form relatively complete and systematic research outcome, and has strong instruction for managers and production enterprise, as well as the development of the industry.
