Developing a scientific and reasonable schedule is the key to the success of the project. Lacking research makes traditional project schedule inadequate to fulfill on-time, resource saving and high efficiency. Critical chain as an improved way makes a great difference in solving the schedule delay, wasting of resources and so on.Firstly, elaborating the basic theory and its mechanisms of critic chain, analyzing and then makes improvement in estimating project lasting time and buffer size designing, finally establishing the model of project schedule. This method with the purpose of minimizing the safety time by introducing the PERT to estimate project lasting time , identify the indicator of buffer sizing affecting .Apply unascertained measure theory and information entropy theory to recognize the comprehensive influence of process characteristics on buffer size, and proposing a method in buffer size deciding under a certain influence degree. Finally, a new method of buffer management decision-making pane to monitor project schedule is put forward in the example that critical chain schedule model is applied process, which is aiming at insufficiency for traditional tricolor buffer management method.Feasibility, efficiency and availability of time estimating, buffer size and schedule control put forward in this essay has been testified by an actual example, shows that method applied make a difference.
