The mode of EPC is one of the advanced organization way for construction project, which has been vast accepted world-wide. Schedule management is the core content of EPC project management which plays a key role in the success of the project. But the general project management method has a weakness in rigid, one-sidedness and inefficiency, which make it more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of EPC project schedule management. Critical Chain as a new technique for project schedule management can solve the existing problems in EPC schedule plan. So it has a very important significance for EPC schedule management.This thesis makes further research for EPC schedule management based on critical chain technology, combined with the estimation of tune in critical chain, the scheduled plan can be made by using a optimistic time, then critical chain under multi resources restriction can be identified by using the entropy and grey algorithm through the analysis of factors affecting the use of resources in EPC mode. Build the task duration based on unascertained rational number, calculate the buffer time by using the optimistic construction period and total project period when finishing reliability is90%. Finally, the critical chain schedule management model based on gray entropy algorithm and unascertained rational number contrasted by the traditional schedule plan with safety time is feasible through the case analysis.
