The Research For Comprehensive Assessment On The Investment Value Of Listed Commercial Banks

Financial industry is the core of the modern economy.The banking industry play a central role in the modern financial industry; as a country an important component of national strength, the banking industry plays an important role in the national economy. The listed banks as the backbone of bank industry ,while attracting more and more attention,is a hot research section. From the macroeconomic situation, the industry situation and stock market conditions analysis shows that bright profitability prospects for the future in the banking industry.But in the past academic research which the design of indicators and choice of methods there are exist some deficiencies. So,there will be significant to reseaeh investment value of the listed commercial banks and provid one kind of systemic evaluation system.Firstly,this article takes the 8 listed Commercial domestic banks as the research objeet.We select 12 financial norms from five abilities of banks,containing the profitability, the liquidity,the security, the growth and the scale.We take 2007,2008 and 2009 the average of the three years of datas as the foundation,Then.it changes every index value of listed banks into values in range of with no dimension , receives quantization value for every index,Moreover it use Entropy to calculate out the weight modulus of every index.And use gray relational analysis method to calculate out the gray correlation. and analyse the 8 listed Commercial banks investment value.According to the gray relational analysis result,we can gain the rank of t the 8 listed Commercial banks investment value.According to the gray relational analysis obtained under the rank order of SPD Bank, Industrial Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank, CITIC Bank, China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, Huaxia Bank, China Everbright Bank. SPD Bank is the most investment value, because the weight of the larger SPD Development Bank in the basic earnings per share and assets current ratio of the quantitative values are high, and the profitability and liquidity are ranked first, the worst is Everbright Banks, because the liquidity, security and the growth, both are ranked in the back.Finally based on the conclusions, provides some advice to improve the invesment value of commercial banks containing enhance the innovation capability, marketing capability, operating capacity; provide value products;and the value of customer service; integration of bank's internal and external value. As well as make relevant recommendations for investors.
