| The 2008 U.S. financial crisis sweep all around the world, many world economies hit in different degrees. China, as an important part in global market, is inevitably impacted. Warning and learning lessons from the exposed cultural problems such as moral failings, leaning to deal with the crisis, obtaining sustainable development, is an important issue for enterprises in currently.Taking Xinjiang enterprises as an example, this paper, by analyzing the current culture construction situation of Xinjiang enterprise, to summarize the achievements and shortages in the process of culture construction, and analyze the causes. Based on the background of financial crisis and the needs of the development of Xinjiang enterprise, explore and research how to respect and actively construct the characteristic culture which is beneficial to the enterprises'sustainable development. In cultural construction, Xinjiang enterprises should develop the essence of Chinese traditional culture, absorb the advanced concepts of corporate culture at home and abroad, highlight the characteristics of Xinjiang, and illuminate the views internal strength of uniting the good management, let the cultural root landing and play the role of enterprise culture which is the only way for Xinjiang enterprises to get considerable development. |
