Nowadays, along with the universalized Internet and a variety of e-commerce applications, B2C e-commerce has been considerable developed. The development of China's logistics, however, is far behind the e-commerce development and has increasingly become bottleneck to e-commerce development by reason of low starting point, and imperfect return logistics mechanism but also restricts the development of e-commerce. A complete e-return mechanism is of great significance to the development of e-commerce as well as to an effective logistics. Given this, this article illustrates the research on B2C e-commerce model of return logistics.Firstly, this article makes a comparison among the existing kinds of e-return mechanism. Based on the analysis, it proposes an e-return mechanism only for B2C e-commerce, the B2C e-commerce joint third-party e-return mechanism. Then it builds a third party e-return system in the proposed model. Secondly, on the basis of the existing research, the article creates a return logistics center location third-party model according to B2C e-commerce joint third-party e-return mechanism, then presents simulation of the return logistics center location third-party model and the return path. Finally, the article summarizes the reverse logistics of e-commerce and its information technology support from the levels of policy, implementation and technology. |
