The unique competive advantage of industrial cluster was gradually known by people since it first entered into Europe, it also attached great importance to domestic and international academics and the government. Industrial cluster which is featured with special territorial advantage now plays an important role in world economy. Owing to its unique social economy and system cultural background, high degree of knowledge and information exchange, high competitive cooperation and innovative spirit, high social trust and specialized labor market, all these creates an industrial space which has strong economic vitality and innovative and competitive, high level of employment. Therefore, China academic community begins to pay attention to the industrial cluster phenomenon, study the industrial features, cluster advantages, general law of the formation, operational mechanism and the influence on the corportate performance due to its co-opetition strategy. But these researches mostly only concern on the co-opetition relationships which existed between the same section of industrial chain, at the same time, these researches only considerates the competetive on the market not the cooperation on careerontech section, not take other patterns of competetive and cooperation into account, such as the co-operation of upstream and downstream.This article makes a survey on the core corportion of the same industrial chain and discusses the effect factors on the co-opetition relationships ,then to make further discussion on enterprise performance which influenced by co-opetition relationships among the core corportion,buyer and others in this industry. According to the research , and it can reflect the influence of corporate performance between the co-optition relationships which performed in the industry's clusters. According to this situation, it benefits business management to take relevant measures and abandon the notion of harm others to benefit yourself or seek all profit by yourself, so then to seek for the co-operation of"two-to win","all win", it guides to the draft of corporate co-operation strategy, making it more meaningful.
