Research On Synergetic Innovation Performance Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Industrial Clusters

With the development of technology, the market environment is changing rapidly and the pace of product update is getting faster. In this case, to innovating has become the key to gain competitive advantage to all enterprises, especially to high-tech enterprises. But the traditional innovation mode has shown its shortcomings, synergetic innovation, a new paradigm of innovation, has emerged. Industrial clusters, especially high-tech industrial clusters, gathered a large number of enterprises, can provide a broad space for enterprises. The high-tech enterprises in the industrial clusters have advantages in achieving external advantage resources at a low cost. This can help to fix the gap of resources and promote the synergetic innovation performance. This paper researches on the synergetic innovation performance of high-tech enterprises based on industrial clusters which is meaningful both in theory and reality.Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper defines the concept of synergetic innovation and synergetic innovation performance of high-tech enterprises based on the industrial clusters, then studies the motivation of synergetic innovation from the aspect of enterprises、industrial clusters and external environment. Secondly, the synergetic innovation performance factors is divided into three aspects:enterprise’s own ability, synergetic relationships among the enterprises and the external environment,then a deeper analysis is made. Thirdly, the evaluation indicators system of synergetic innovation performance is established, then factor analysis was chosen as the method to evaluate the synergetic innovation performance. The indicators system concludes five aspects. Fourthly, this paper studies the current situation of Taiyuan high-tech industrial cluster, then the conceptual model of synergetic innovation performance factors is used to vetify the impact of the three factors on performance,then the quantitative evaluation of performance is made. The results are as below:First of all, the synergetic innovation performance composite score showed a centralized distribution trend, and direct performance is better than indirect performance; Secondly, the three factors have different influence on the synergetic innovation performance, while the enterprise’s own ability have the greatest influence and the external environment have the smallest influence, and the three factors have greater influence on the direct performance then on the indirect performance; Finally,R&D funding has the most significant effect on the enterprise’s own quality most, the extent of complementary resources has the greatest impact on the inter-enterprise collaborative relationship between enterprises, the ability of universities and scientific research institutions influence the external environment the most...
