Study And Analysis On The Control Of Cost In Highway Construction Project

As the basic domain of national economic development, expressway plays an important role in contemporary society.Therefore we should put emphasis on the charge control of highway as well as take new measures constantly to improve the efficiency of charge control. We should constantly innovate by using new methods and ideas. At the same time, we should be able to take effective measures to solve actual problems according to different projects.This thesis provides the basic statement about cost control, which states research background information at the beginning, and then gives a detailed description of its related concepts.Also; it refers to two sides of current situation in cost that domestic and foreign countries spend in the area of highway construction. the thesis is divided into five stages in accordance with the whole process of costing.Analysizing the causes that leading up to the change of cost in highway construction, and aiming at finding solution the cost control can be mastered precisely and timely.At last, taking Qinglan expressway as an example to discuss and analysis the operation of cost control system in different stages.The whole process of the analysis of construction cost is a combination of whole and parts, to combine the five procedures dynamically and let the whole cost of the project control the entire project, thus all linked with one another. In engineering cases we should utilize the cost of the whole process with choice thus making the engineering with large size,long construction process and various changes of expense be solved effectively,normatively and programmable.
