Research On The Improvement Plan Of DS Expressway Cost Management And Control

With the development of modern society,highway as a necessary traffic channel transport in modern society,the development of the national economy and social economic development and utilization of land resources,regional cooperation,transportation convenience and consumption as well as the improvement of people's living standards have a positive leading role in promoting.In recent years,the development speed of expressways in China is very fast.By the end of 2015,the total mileage of the national expressway has reached 123 thousand kilometers,surpassing the United States and ranking the number one in the world.Although the construction and development of expressway has made rapid progress and great progress,we should also see that the problem of Expressway cost control and management is also more and more exposed.The high highway construction management cost has become an important reason for restricting the management and development of the expressway.This article from the highway construction project cost control theory,discusses the concept,classification and content of highway construction cost and influencing factors in Shandong Province,DS highway as an example,the actual cost of outstanding problems in highway construction project in the presence of specific studies,through the study found that there were DS highway cost control problems of different degrees in the whole process of construction which is not standardized,the single channel of funds,cost control is not strict,dynamic cost analysis is not in place and so on use of raw materials,has become the main problem of DS highway cost control.In this regard,aiming at these problems,put forward the effective solutions and suggestions to optimize the cost control in this paper,through the strengthening of government macro-control,establish a resource library,from the root of the problem,with the most reasonable cost to build a high quality highway,the highway operation unit in order to save the cost,quality and efficiency of the effect.
