In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is the manpower in fact. the knowledge workers are the core manpower resource, their value is not only reflected in their physical labor, but also in their innovative ideas. However, employees often feel uncomfortable about openly expressing themselves on organizational issues. Previous studies have shown that the psychological contract violations affect negatively their voice behaviors. With Dynamic organizational environment , the phenomenon of the psychological contract violations has become very common. Therefore, how to prevent the psychological contract violation, encourage voice behaviors become more and more important.The research discusses the effective way of inspiring the knowledge workers'voice behaviors. Meanwhile, organizational justice is used to research the moderating effect between the psychological contract violation and the voice behaviors. In this research, theory research and demonstration research are both adopted. The theory research focuses on the associated document review about the content and structure of the psychological contract, the psychological contract violation, voice behaviors, and organizational justice. Then, It is the demonstration research. researcher distributed questionnaire to knowledge workers from Guangzhou, shenzhen and so on. Statistics software of SPSS 16.0 is used to analyze the data collected. The main results are showed as follows: the psychological contract of the knowledge workers can be separated into three dimensions: economical obligation, relationship obligation and developmental obligation. Economical and relationship of the psychological contract violations affect negatively their voice behaviors. Procedural justice and interactive justice affect positively their voice behaviors. Procedural justice adjust the relationship between economical and relationship of the psychological contract violations and the organizational citizenship behaviors. Interactive justice adjust the relationship between economical, relationship and developmental of the psychological contract violations and the organizational citizenship behaviors.At the end, the paper discusses research findings and put forward some measures to the management of the psychological contract of the knowledge workers, and then points out the disadcwantages of the research and put forward to the future research.
