Study Of Influence Of China Utilization Of Foreign Capital To Equipment Manufacture Industrial Security

Since the reform and opening, China had adopted attracts foreign investment policies in order to drive the economy and technology development. However, when foreign investments promoted China's economic development, it had also brought china foreign investment market control, brand control, equity control and technical control, shock industrial domestic environment, increased industrial external dependence and some other industries safety problems, especially clear in equipment manufacturing industry. Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's industrial development. Foreign investments acquisition large number of leading enterprises in equipment manufacturing industry had affected our country's economy security and national security. This article will take quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, longitudinal comparison and some other methods, from foreign investment controlling the equipment manufacturing industry situation, the influence of foreign- investment enterprise to the equipment manufacturing exports situation, the influence of foreign investment to equipment manufacturing industry domestic environment situation. It is found that there are serious safety threats for the foreign investment in China's equipment manufacturing. Therefore, in order to protect our equipment manufacture industrial safety, our country should strengthen the management of introducing foreign investment. Comparing with the existing research mainly confined to industrial control and industrial external dependence, this paper has increased analysis on equipment manufacturing industrial domestic environment and other aspects of industrial external dependence. This helps to fully understand the influence of foreign investment in China's equipment manufacture industrial security.
