Preliminary Study On Post-Merger Evaluation System

This paper preliminarily researches and analysis the post-merger evaluation system.This paper studies the main content includes:post-merger evaluation of M&A purpose,post-merger evaluation of M&A process,post-merger evaluation of M&A benefit and effect,Comprehensive evaluation (Success Degree Method), and finally summaries the project experience.
