Merger& Acquisition is becoming an inevitable method for company to improve their competitive power and enlarge the market. The development of supply chain management forces the company to concentrate it to cut the operation cost. However, the overwhelming eyes of the negotiation about merging and dealing instead of far from enough supply chain merging problems finally leads to over the head of control after merging and it waste the investment even let company non-advantage. That's why the topic becoming more and more popular these years for those M&A companies:How to bring two similar supply chains but actually independent from each other together and make it work which can make the cost as low as possible.This dissertation discussed the supply chain related content after M&A based on the background of merging economy activity around the world and put the manufacturing industries'supply chain construction as the research group and it reveals the current situation of supply chain research both domesticate and worldwide and it comes down to the following points:1 Analyze the aim and matters of supply chain integration after M&A, include the steps of supply chain integration and manufacture integration of firm. It focus on the relationship integration between core company and upriver & downriver cooperator compared with the general. How characters of supply chain influence the relationship integration, put forward two different types of their concrete merging methods and from it, the form of integration and specific measures will be shown.2 Discuss several supply chain merging types of M&A and make them graphic, it put example analyze and conclusion after comparing the saving amount of different types with the establishment of the models about company M&A strategy and cost saving.3 Based on the easy mode of the merging supply chain integration, it conclude the structure of the core company and upriver& downriver cooperator's cost and establish the mathematic planning integration model on the cost collaborative from both companies. It gives the best operation results and example is being analyzed.Currently M&A becomes one of the important way for many companies as their big development. Only with the appropriate mode can make one company success. This dissertation conclude the most useful roads for those core company and upriver& downriver cooperator, it also put forward the quantity mode for the supply chain merging cost's saving and mode for cooperative companies. It offer the viewpoint of merging supply chain management's integration, also, it give the reference value for those who is going to practicing or considering of it. It has both theoretical and practical meaning.
